Yes. Every order includes a complimentary digital proof within 24-48 hours. You review and approve the design before we begin production. Free basic revisions are included.

What file formats do you accept for custom patches?

We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for the best results, but we also accept high-resolution PNG, JPG and PSD. Our design team can assist with any format.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We happily accept small boutique orders as well as large bulk production. Pricing is competitive across all quantities with no setup fees.

What are typical turnaround times for custom patches?

Standard production is 7-14 business days after you approve the digital proof. Rush production is available for urgent deadlines — just let us know when you request a quote.

Do you ship to the USA, Canada, UK and Australia?

Yes. We regularly ship custom embroidered, PVC, chenille and other patches to clients throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia, with tracked shipping options.

What backing and border options are available?

We offer iron-on, sew-on, Velcro (hook & loop), adhesive and heat-seal backings. Border options include merrowed, laser-cut, heat-cut and more depending on the patch type.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services, website (powerdigitizing.com), customer portal, or placing an order with Power Digitizing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Orders & Production Files

All orders placed for embroidery digitizing, vector art conversion, or custom physical patches are produced based on the specifications, files, and requirements submitted by the customer. Digital proofs are provided for review and must be approved prior to final production runs.

3. Turnaround Times & Delivery

Standard digitizing and vector conversion turnaround is typically 12 to 24 hours. Rush orders are processed as expedited based on request. Physical custom patches require standard manufacturing and transit times (typically 7 to 14 business days). Delays arising from carrier transit or customs are beyond our direct operational control.

4. Revisions & Satisfaction

We provide revisions on digitizing and vector orders within 10 days of delivery to ensure complete satisfaction. Changes to original artwork, dimensions, or completely new designs outside the original scope are treated as new orders.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

The customer represents and warrants that they own or hold the necessary licenses and permissions for all artwork, logos, and trademarks submitted to Power Digitizing. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Power Digitizing from any copyright infringement claims arising from client-provided materials.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is required upon invoice generation or prior to production dispatch. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online transaction methods. Invoices not settled within the designated term may incur administrative charges.

7. Return & Refund Policy

All refund requests are strictly governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Requests must be lodged within 10 days of delivery at design@powerdigitizing.com and are subject to dispute resolution procedures and transfer deductions.
